There is a great need for training our worship leadership in the churches throughout the world. For many, it is hard to stay fresh in our responsibilities. The Baptist State Convention of NC is offers several opportunities yearly to train your worship teams.
For healthy worship transformation in the local church, it is of utmost importance for the church to understand the biblical, missional, cultural and discipleship factors that should influence our decisions about worship. Unfortunately, too often this is overlooked and implementing change becomes a carnal fight in the church. The Summit will help church leaders work through these important issues that impact corporate worship in the church and help determine the appropriate style of worship for their church.
